Jay Donohue, Esq., the visionary behind Malamute Development, has been transforming the Denver metro area with his real estate development firm since 2017. Specializing in comprehensive home renovations and pioneering new construction, Jay brings over a decade of cross-regional experience—from California to Colorado—to his projects. His reputation as a detail-oriented and trusted leader in the industry stems from his unique approach to real estate development, which harmonizes innovation with tradition.

Under Jay's leadership, Malamute Development emerged from the amalgamation of several smaller entities, focusing on crafting new constructions and rejuvenating older homes primarily in the Denver Metro area. His academic prowess is highlighted by a Masters of Law in Land Development and Environmental Resources from George Washington University, Washington D.C., equipping him with a robust foundation in the complexities of real estate and environmental law. Jay's career prior to founding Malamute Development included roles as a project manager, consultant to manufacturers and developers in the real estate sector, and practicing attorney specializing in Real Estate and construction litigation, advocating for various construction industry professionals.
