Jay Donohue, Esq. leads Malamute Development, a Denver Metro real estate development firm focused on residential renovations, new construction, and project strategy. Since 2017, Malamute Development has helped shape properties across the Denver area with a practical approach that connects vision, feasibility, design coordination, and execution.

Jay brings more than a decade of cross-regional experience from California to Colorado, along with a Master of Laws in Land Development and Environmental Resources from George Washington University. His background includes project management, consulting for manufacturers and real estate developers, and legal work in real estate and construction litigation. That blend of development, construction, and legal perspective helps clients think through project risk, property potential, and the decisions that matter before work begins.
